We will do a series of simple movements and exercises to check your balance, flexibility, and strength. It's not a hard workout. It just gives me the information I need to build your perfect plan.
The Ready-Made Plans are great, but they are designed for a general audience. The One-on-One Coaching is 100% personalized to you. I will be there to coach you in person and adjust the plan as you get better.
